Here are some fun recipes to try:

Chicken l' Orangé - Gently pound a 10oz boneless chicken breast. Place 4 Tbs. Zinfandel Orange Mustard in the center, fold, double dip in egg and Japanese breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, turn and bake for an additional 8 minutes. Create sauce using 3 Tbs. Zinfandel Orange Mustard and 1 Tbs. of Balsamic Vinegar. Serve under the chicken breast and enjoy.

Zinfandel Orange Salmon - Use 6 oz. salmon filets. Take salmon skin side up, pat dry, turn over and spray with oil. Place face down on barbeque. Grill for a few minutes until pink one fourth of the way through. Move salmon to create cross marking. Turn when pink half way through. Remove from barbeque when totally pink and remove skin. Plate and spread generous amount of Zinfandel Orange Mustard over salmon.
